Show up! Don’t Quit!

Crossfit DoneRight has two rules. Show up! Don't Quit! If you don't break those rules than the results will come. Keep coming to class and don't make excuses for missing a workout. Consistency is the key. Give you best everyday. You may hate certain exercises or workouts but you have to work hard every time. Never quit on a workout. Your not going to set a PR everyday, just give it you best. If you can handle that than you will amaze yourself at the result you will see.
