Sugar-Free

"The difference was instantaneous: I slept better, I recovered from workouts more easily, and I had more energy," Steve Nash, of the Phoenix Suns talking about going sugar free. Check out the article, Steve Nash on Living Sugar-Free in Men's Health magazine. Who's up for trying to go sugar-free in March? Here's a thought before you decide.....there is a good chance you can drop 10-15lbs. Just in time to start shopping for a new bathing suit. I'm going to put a calendar up in the gym with a tracking system. Everyday that you go sugar free you can check that day off on the calendar and we'll see who can do the most days in March. We'll make a contest out of it with prizes(as if your health was prize enough). Post thought to comments.
