Show Up! Don’t Quit!

The two most important rules at CrossFit DoneRight are Show Up and Don't Quit. This means come every week. If you're signed up for two classes then come twice a week. More importantly, Don't Quit! Never give up on a WOD. You follow these two rules and results will come.
