Recommend Readings

Fitness and nutrition are my passions. There are kind of like Peanut Butter and Jelly, sure you can have one or the other but they work better as a team. I try to constantly learn as much as I can about both. So I am always looking for a good book, article or video to help educate myself. I guess knowledge is another passion of mine. When I find something I think is important or beneficial I do my best to past it on to my athletes. Somethings that I've recently read that I think everyone would benefit from are Toxic Fat, by Dr. Barry Sears. The Omnivore's Dilemma, by Micheal Pollan (which I mentioned recently) and of course the CrossFit Journal, which post new article daily. What are some fitness or nutrition books that you read lately? What was you opinion, good or bad and why? Would you recommend it to the class? Post thoughts to comments.
