This is the worst Deadlift I've ever seen. I'm surprised you didn't see his spine shoot out his back.

There were a ton of PR's during Monday's Squats. Everyone seemed to improve on "Nicole" and used less bands and everyone did better with double unders this week. To anyone that did Thursday's Squat WOD, awesome job. That was a very tough workout. Great week everyone.
