Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone!

Now it's time to take note of somethings. Get on the scale, take some hip and waist measurement, take some photos and recorded them all. We're also going to be doing so benchmarks all next week. 2010 is going to be your best year yet so let's take stock of where we're at now so we can compare and see how much we've improved next December. My New Year's goal is to help every single one of my students reach their health and fitness goals. Let it begin.
