January has been a great month at CrossFit DoneRight, we've gotten settled into our new home and everyone came back from the holidays with a strong focus and commitment. Every single student has set multiple PR's and we've had several first, such as first pull-up, first 20" box jump, first sub-4:00 RX baseline. I've hammered home the emphasis on nutrition this month and I thinks it's had an effect. More people are now using their food journals and have started the Zone Diet. Everyone has set goals for 2010 and we're all heading in the right direction. It's amazing to watch you all grow stronger, faster and fitter. Let's keep the focus and intensity going strong in February. Post any PR's or accomplishments you've had this month to comments.
Ex. 1 week of Zone, No sugar for a week, New Baseline PR, Deadlift PR, etc.
Congratulations to Linda Andrews, she was the first women to complete the baseline as RX'ed. All the push-ups were from the toes and no-bands on the pull-ups. The pull-ups were all dead hang as she doesn't quite have a kip yet. Awesome job.
