Always Improving

For everyone who has recently retested on the "baseline" workout, great job. Every single person improved their score and continue to make significant gains in their fitness. It just proves that showing up, and never quitting leads to results. I also would like to congratulate Amy. When she first came to see me in May see did the baseline and had to sub ring-rows for the pull-ups and her push-ups were on a 20" box. It took her over 11 minutes to get though it. Yesterday she retested and was doing push-ups from the knees and band assisted pull-ups. Her goal was to be around the 6 min mark. She finished the workout in 4:29, cutting almost 7 full minutes off her time. Amazing. Great job Amy.

Also nice job to all of you who attempted max height box jumps yesterday. It can be very scary staring at those high boxes, great work.
