Today I know why everyone should have a "rest" day. I am a little sore. Hopefully Martial Arts will be calm today.

So I went and read the no grains article from yesterday's post. Then noticed that the same site also recommends no beans. Or dairy. Or peanut butter for that matter. What a bummer. Yogurt and cheese and peanut butter are what is getting me through this sugar elimination thing! (made it through day 6 and not jones'n too hard for sweet stuff)
Also found a bunch of low carb sites that say that it is common for muscle cramps to occur in the first couple weeks of low carb dieting. I am certainly feeling them. Cramps and constant muscle twitching in my legs. How annoying. Although tempted to pop a banana, will go find potassium and magnesium pills to see if that will help.
