    Dude, I am pretty strict with my eating anyways, but I cannot even drink my protein shakes anymore! Bummer. They have sucralose!

    My protein powder also has sucralose!!! I didn't get a chance to really shop well this weekend so I had to made do with what I had in the frig this morning. Got to work and almost immediately ate my snacks and lunch. So at 1:00pm I had to go out to get a burrito bowl (chicken, lettuce, guacamole, cheese, black beans, and tomotoes - I think all that's fine).

    Guess I'll hit the grocery store tonight!

    BTW - They thought I was crazy when I gave back the bag of tortilla chips at Baja Fresh. I just knew if I took them back to the office, I would wolf them down at some point.

    I made it through tea this a.m. with no sweetener. (switched to green tea to make it easier to drink)

    My yogurt has not sugar added. That's a bonus. Switched to natural peanut butter with nothing added and picked up some almond butter too figuring it is better kind of fat.

    Am also bummed that cant do the protien drinks or zone bars or anything.

    But it hasnt been too bad...yet. (admittedly it is only 4:24 on day 1!)

    It's great to hear how other folks are doing and what they are eating. I'm hoping to have some new snacks and meals in my repertoire by the end of this!
