    Hi everyone - just wanted to check to see how the "Sugarless" month of March is going for you.

    I'm not suffering for any strong cravings for the bad food. My biggest challenge is the planning ahead. I'm running out of veggies and snacks pretty quickly and need to make sure I go to the grocery store to keep things on track.

    Hi Linda - I am surprising myself. Sugar free hasn't been so bad, and controlled eating has never been my forte (to say the least!).

    I do seem to get in ruts, eating the same food over and over. More due to lack of inspiration than lack of choices. The recent realization that hummus is legal was a happy one!

    I agree that planning ahead is a challenge. I pack breakfast and lunch to take to work every day, and on some days I have to pack breakfast, lunch and dinner because of kids sport practices right after work. That is a pain.

    Joe, welcome to Crossfit! Just wait until you see how quickly you improve. It is definitely reinforcing (even though it will always be tough!).

    I highly recommend Paleokits. I eat one of the small kits nearly every day.
    The beef jerky is much better than the stuff that you find at the grocery store.
