I love to make lists, so of course, I have a ton of goals for 2010:
Get double unders!
10 pullups without coming off the bar (kipping or deadhang)
Break 350 on Crossfit Total
2 miles - under 17:00
10 milles under 1:40 (or half marathon under 2:10)
70 situps in 2 minutes
40 pushups in 2 minutes (from toes)
Meganon January 23 2010 - 8:33 AM
My goal is to be able to keep up with Rob!

Some goals for the year ahead--
A. First, at my powerlifting meet in February:
1. Make weight, at 132 lb. weight class (I just woke up at 137 today)
2. Back squat: 270
3. Bench press: 160
4. Deadlift: 310
B. Grace at bodyweight in 15 minutes or under. If I weigh 135, then I use 135 lbs on the bar.
C. Stay in decent running shape. I should be able to consistently run a mile at a 6:30 pace. This shouldn't be too difficult, based on the fact that in September of '08 I ran a 5:58 mile. However, I have a knee problem that starts too surface if I don't run some longer distances (2 miles and over) every week, or if I build mileage too quickly.
D. Compete in a mud run or a short trail run.

At risk of picking too many goals, here's a couple more:
--30 pullups, unbroken (current PR is 26)
--Baseline WOD: 4 minutes or less

Goals for this year ...
- Improve nutrition and loose weight
- One pull-up unassited (kipping okay)
- 10 push-ups in a row on toes
- 500 Meter Row - under 1:40

Keep up with Megan since she is keeping up with Rob!

Awesome Goals everyone.
Mine is simple....stay injury free.
If that happens then my athletic goals are:
-Free standing hand stand (no wall assistance)
-Snatch my body weight
-400 Fight Gone Bad score
Megan Con January 25 2010 - 7:47 PM
Ooh yeah, I definitely want to be able to do a freestanding handstand hold this year!
Get 3 unassisted pullups in a row.
And heal my hammies so I can do some real lifting again!
