My favorite excuse on the video is "I don't want to look all tired" ha ha! Kim, Megan and I have spaghetti arms from the workout today ... but we showed up! and didn't quit!

Must have been the 4,875 pounds we lifted after the pull up warm up and between the push ups and knees to elbows!. (15 reps x 5 sets x 65 lbs)

I did 5700, that's almost 3 tons. I think Rob got about 7100. That's a lot of weight when you add it all up. I guess that's why CrossFitter's are badasses.
You can tell your friends you threw 2 tons over your head between your push ups and KTE's. Just another day at the gym.
