You'll need a tape measure that a Tailor would use. Measure hip and waist circumference. You can also do thigh. The hips should be at your widest point and hips around the belly button. Thigh about mid way up from you're knee. Those are good goals, keep working hard and you'll be well on your way. Nice job today.
