That video was great. I find it inspirational to see anyone step outside of their comfort zone and try new things. That's what we're all about at crossfit. Everyone has preconceived notions about diet and exercise because we've been doing things a certain way and have been told to do things a certain way for years. It takes courage and commitment to try something new and stick with it. I dunno about you guys but i've had to endure a lot of skepticism from people close to me about the way I eat and workout. But the proof is in the pudding (i think that's the right saying). Everyone keep working hard! And don't be afraid to try new things.

I just sent that video to my parents. I keep telling them to try it, but they are skeptical. This may be a game changer...

I'm inspired by the great attitude and camaraderie of the people I work out with. Really. It's one of the reasons I hated 'going to the gym'.

I inspire myself every time that I do better than I did the last time--more reps, higher box, more weight, less time, better form, etc.
