February's Goal: 135lb Snatch
Action Plan: Practice Power Snatches and Snatch Balance at 135lbs. Working on bar speed through the pull and speed under the bar in the catch.

I have a lot of long term goals, but i'd really like to be able to do Rx workouts with pistols and handstand push-ups. So my goal for february: full ROM pistols and multiple reps of full ROM handstand push-ups. I'll incorporate both heavily into my warm-ups and maybe I'll get Justin to program a few extra into the WODs

February's goals: one PR on either DL, overhead press, or squat.
Practice double unders at least 3 times a week.
Action plan: I need to incorporate more heavy lifting on my own if I miss those WODs during the week. Since I only come 2 days a week, I sometimes go 2-3 weeks without lifting heavy. For DU, I'm not setting the goal to get DUs yet, but just to practice and see what happens.

Feb goals: Stop eating as much sugar. Go mostly Paleo/ Zone diet for a month. See what happens. Already feeling the effects after a few days.

My goals for the powerlifting competition this month:
1. Weigh in at 132 lbs
2. Squat: 280
3. Bench Press: 160
4. Deadlift: 330
Long term goal: Grace (30 clean & jerks) at bodyweight in 15 minutes or less. Currently I can do one c&j at bodyweight, on a good day.
Justin: what do you suggest as a short-term goal (for February) for my goal with Grace?
