I don't make it on Mondays but would love to know how folks did on Cindy today in case I do it on my own.

Great post. I'm totally into eating fat. These days I'm chowing down on avacado, guacamole, coconut oil, coconut milk, raw unsweetened almond butter, olive oil, grass-fed heavy cream, and 100% cacao (unsweetened) chocolate. Most of my snacks consist primarily of fat. I add moderate amounts of animal protein, a bunch of veggies and occasionally fruit for my larger meals. Although I've only been eating a high-fat diet for a couple of weeks, it already seems that it's easy for me to stay lean and avoid hunger this way, unlike other approaches that I've tried.
As for Cindy today, my score was a bit disappointing. I finished 13 rounds, plus 5 pull-ups and 9 push-ups. A month ago I finished 14 rounds plus 5/10. I think that the gymnastics warmup before-hand tired me out a bit today, given even a few muscle-up rows/ring dips and other minor upper-body stuff (I ended up doing a couple of hand-stand pushups before I realized what I was really supposed to be doing). Perhaps I have slow upper-body muscle recovery time, or I'm just being a big baby. Or maybe both. And, in spite of all my complaining, it was a great workout.

I agree, the gymnastics #1 warmup of handstands really did me in for the pushups. I was barely getting through them each time.
