Is this Right for Me?

Absolutely and Positively YES!

Fitness levels are all over the map but each participant shares two things in common:

1. They want RESULTS!
2. They are willing to work their butt off to earn those RESULTS!

Crossfit DoneRight classes are designed for scalability and apply equally well to all individuals no matter their age or fitness level – as long as they are willing to put forth the effort. By varying the load and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your fitness and experience. This means everyone does the “same” workout varied only by their ability to perform it.
